ABOUT COGC

COGC is a Cardiff based Gymnastic club based at Cardiff Olympic Gymnastics in Cardiff. 

We run gymnastic sessions for all ages and ability. Classes start from as young as age 1.

Our passion is to create confident, strong, happy gymnasts and allow them to create memories and friends that last a life time but also define skills and reach their potential in the gymnastic world. We have gymnasts travelling from all over South Wales and Cardiff to train with us and constantly growing, creating a safe space for children to learn new skills, gain strength in an inclusive environment. Gymnastics develops passion as well as helping to create well-balanced, healthy, fit and happy children who will be well equipped to face life challenges. Team COGC run sessions for children of all ages and ability and are able to take gymnasts through what ever path they choose to take in this awesome sport.
