Recreational Classes!

Our recreational classes are suitable for beginners, those new to sports and gymnasts who are looking to increase their activity and have fun. It’s never too late to start and caters for everyone looking to enjoy the benefits we offer.

Participants will learn floor skills, vaulting, basic beam and bar progression, whilst building their fitness, flexibility and strength working in a structured environment.

Classes are structured and coaches follow the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award scheme, with the opportunity for some gymnasts (depending on ability) to participant in some of the Welsh Gymnastics area competitions.

We are always assessing our gymnasts and encourage progression to the next level once a gymnast is competent and able to demonstrate certain skills.

Our classes run on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturdays. To book onto a free trial please click on the link below, and select the drop down option and click on "Trial Enquiry", once selected fill in the details.  If you have more than more child to register, there is an option to add a child at the end of the registration form.
