Our Baby COGS classes allows your babies to get them started in the world of gymnastics with fun structured classes with a British Gymnastics led qualified coach where parents actively get involved running on Tuesdays 10am - 11am and Fridays 12:30 - 1:30pm.

To book please follow the link below, and select the drop down selection and click on "Trial Enquiry", once selected fill in all of your details.  If you have more than more child to register, there is an option to add a child at the end of the registration form.  The form will also allow you to select the day you are interested in.

We provide a range of activities in our fun filled classes for children age ranging from 2-4 years. This gives every child an introduction to physical skills like movement, control and balance and will prepare them for schooling. 

Our classes are run by fully qualified coaches in a safe environment, allowing them to have fun and lay the foundations of a healthy and active lifestyle.

Classes are structured and coaches follow the BG Rise Award scheme where children learn about engaging, being creative and developing gymnastics skills whilst having fun. They go through a journey of Explore, Discover and Excel achieving Certificates & Medals along the way. We run a mixture of classes to suit all abilities, and once your gymnast progresses, they will move up to our next class once they have started school. 

Our Tumble COG classes runs on the following days: Mondays 10:00-11:00am Tuesday 12:30-1:30pm Friday 11:00am -12:00, and we also run a Preschool class on Saturday 9am-10am for children aged 3 and over.
